Q: The name of my child is not on your list. A:

You may have luck with formal names (rather than nicknames) or more common spellings of the name. Because your child’s name is printed on the CD label, we can spell it exactly the way it needs to be. If you are still unable to find the name, you may submit the name to us by email.  We will then forward the request to the producers of the CDs and will be happy to notify you should the name become available.

Q: How soon will my order be shipped? A:

We are committed to shipping your order no later than the next business day after it has been received.

Q: I heard that you offer a fundraising plan for schools and other non-profit organizations. How does this work? A:

If you would like to sell our CDs for a fundraiser, please contact us by e-mail at sales@persongico.com or by phone at 604.847.9582.  We will be happy to discuss the details with you and send you our fundraising package.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping? A:

The shipping charges for one CD are $3.00. We charge $1.00 for each additional CD you order at the same time.

Q: My child’s name is spelled differently than what you show in your database. Can I still order a CD with that name? A:

Absolutely. As long as the name sounds the same, you do not need to worry about the spelling in our database. The CD label is specifically printed for your child and we can spell the name exactly the way it needs to be.

Q: When completing a purchase, can the ship-to address differ from the billing address? A:

Yes. When entering the credit card information, your billing address (as on file with the credit card company) is required. When you go to complete the transaction and hit "Review and Continue", you will be able to see all the information that you have entered. The system will automatically list your bill-to address under ship-to, but gives you the option to hit "change" and adjust the address to the place that you would like to have the CD shipped.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept? A:

You have the option to either pay by using a paypal account or by Credit Card.
